YWCA Encore in Dunedin!
We held a very successful programme in Feb/March 2012 with 11 lovely ladies. We hope to hold another course towards the end of 2012, so please contact us if you are interested in attending or would like to know more information.
YWCA Encore is a gentle exercise programme for women who have had breast cancer. It comprises an eight week course of specifically designed hydrotherapy and land-based exercises, healthy lifestyle information, relaxation and peer support.
Attendance is by ENROLMENT only and Participation is FREE
